Here are examples of filters.
I created these filters using Adobe Photoshop CS5 and the plug-in Filter Factory.
I created 4 filters with five different image examples; with three filters on three images, and one filter on two images.
The first example is a Garden Fence Filter (GardenFenceFilter.jpg). This image is of a Garden Fence, and the mosaic tiling effect that the Filter gives the photo, makes look as if it similar to Garden Mosaic Patio tiling.
The second example, is a Wind Filter (WindFilter.jpg). This filter gives the image the impression that wind is blowing the contents of the image. In this example it is a flower, and it looks as if there is strong wind present in the image.
The third example, is a Rainbow Euphoria Effect (RainbowEuphoriaEffect.jpg). This colours within this image are reminiscent to a rainbow, and its very bright and vibrant and gives off the feel of happiness and ‘Euphoria’; hence the title of the filter.
The fourth example, is called Warp (Warp.jgp). This image looks like how it would appear when looking through a desert, towards an object; it would appear that there are horizontal lines present, and ‘wiggly’ lines present – caused by the heat. This is the same impression that is given off from this filter onto the image.
The fifth and final example, is called Warp 2 (Warp2.jpg). This image looks as though there is sunlight shining directly onto the flower that is present in the photo. The sun is shining on the flower from a certain angle, creating a glowing effect off the leaves and petals – creating a nice bright and vibrant filter.
As you can all the images that were used; were that of the theme I have chosen – Nature. And as you can also see; all the filters have the same theme present through them, they are all in the theme of Nature.
